Thank you for choosing The MVP Code. Because we believe in creating exceptional, premium art products while minimizing environmental waste, we run our store on a made-to-order basis. This means every single piece of art is printed, finished, and packaged specifically for you once your order is placed.

1. Production & Fulfillment Times

• Made to Order: We do not carry pre-printed inventory. Each product is printed and assembled on-demand.

• Typical Production Window: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days for our fulfillment partner, Printful, to produce and package your order before it is handed off to a shipping carrier.

• Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as holidays), production may take slightly longer.

2. Estimated Shipping Transit Times

Once production is complete, your order is dispatched. Estimated transit times:

• United States (Domestic): 3 to 7 business days (via USPS, FedEx, or DHL).

• International Shipments: 10 to 20 business days (depending on destination country, carrier efficiency, and customs processing).

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or customs clearances.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and weight. You will see the exact shipping total before you submit payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your artwork is shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier scans the package.

5. Custom Fees, Import Taxes, and Duties (International Orders)

·       For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, VAT, or local handling fees.

·       These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

·       If you refuse an international delivery due to import fees, we cannot issue a refund, as the product is custom-made.

6. Address Accuracy & Deliverability

·       It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

·       If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must cover the cost of re-shipping to the updated address.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

·       Tracking Says "Delivered" But Missing: Check around your property, with neighbors, or building management. Then contact the local carrier directly.

·       Lost in Transit: If your package has received no tracking update for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), contact us at hello@theqolosseum.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund & Return Policy

At The MVP Code, we take immense pride in the premium quality of our art products. Every piece is custom-made, printed, and finished on-demand specifically for you. Because we operate on a zero-waste, print-on-demand fulfillment model, we do not carry pre-printed inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse. However, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive your premium artwork in perfect condition. If there is a physical defect, damage from shipping, or an error on our part, we will make it right. 1. All Sales Are Final (Buyer's Remorse)
Because The MVP Code is custom-manufactured to order, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if: • You change your mind after your order has been placed. • You ordered the wrong edition, size, or variation. (Please carefully review your order details on the confirmation page before checking out.) • The colors look slightly different in person compared to your digital screen. 2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Our Guarantee) If your artwork arrives damaged, has a clear printing defect, or is the wrong item entirely, we will issue a free replacement (or a full refund if a replacement is not possible). How to File a Claim — Complete the following steps within 7 days of delivery: *Email Us: Send an email to hello@theqolosseum.com with the subject line: "Damage/Defect Claim - Order #[Your Order Number]" *Provide Photos: Attach clear photos showing the specific defect or damage on the product, and the shipping box/packaging (especially if torn, crushed, or water-damaged) *Describe the Issue: Include a brief description of what is wrong. Once we receive and review your photos, we will coordinate with Printful to process your claim. If approved, we will print and ship a replacement immediately at no additional cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method. 3. Order Cancellations and Changes • Fast Production Cycles: Orders are sent to our printing partner shortly after checkout. • Window to Modify/Cancel: Email us at hello@themvpcode.com within 1 hour of placing the order if you need to cancel or change your order. • Post-Production: Once an order has entered printing or fulfillment, we cannot cancel or modify it. 4. Refund Processing (If Applicable) • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 5. Summary of Buyer Responsibilities • Confirm your shipping address and edition selection are 100% correct before submitting payment. • Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
